Personal data protection (GDPR) in JURIS REAL, spol. s r.o.

I. Basic provisions

The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is JURIS REAL, spol. s r.o., registration No. 26710790, with its registered office at Šrobárova 2100/49, Vinohrady, 130 00 Praha 3 (hereinafter referred to as "Controller"). Personal data means all and any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

II. Types of personal data collected

Personal data is collected only for the purpose of the performance of offered services, the demand for offered services, or on the basis of the performance of a concluded contract or the legitimate interest of the Controller. These are most often data such as:

  • first name, surname, email address and telephone number;
  • data from the Cadastre of Real Estates.

In the case of certain selected services (e.g. legal services, mortgage services, tax services, etc.), this also includes the following additional data: address of permanent residence, postal address for delivery, date of birth, personal identification number or registration number, bank account number, which are directly required by commercial banks, cadastral offices, civil courts or tax authorities.

 

III. Purpose of the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the concluded contract or ordered service. Without specific personal data, it is not possible to validly conclude or even draw up any contract or even power of attorney in this sense.
Specifically, the following purposes are concerned:

  • provision of development services;
  • informing about the status of the provided service in the field of development;
  • the delivery of written documents related to the provision of development services.

Your email address or telephone number is needed for telephone or email communication and to fulfil certain specific services - e.g. sending you information about the status of your offer or enquiry, sending you information about the development of offers for development projects in our portfolio.

 

IV. Legal reason for the processing of personal data

The legal reason for the processing of personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as "Performance of Contract").

There is no automatic individual decision-making by the Controller within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

 

V. Personal data shared with third parties

Certain selected services, such as legal services, tax services, mortgage services, auctions, or foreclosure purchases, are performed in cooperation with third parties in accordance with the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
Depending on the nature of the services provided, your selected personal data are thus shared with specific third parties. All our partners are bound by the confidentiality obligation and may not use the data provided for any purposes other than those for which they were disclosed.

If the client has not ordered any of our services that require cooperation with a third party, then logically of course no data have been passed on to anyone (to any third party)!
If you have only visited our website as a visitor, we collect information about your computer via third party applications. However, these data are anonymous. They cannot identify you as a person and are only used for the generation of statistics and their subsequent analysis.

 

VI. Duration of the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data by the Controller will take place for the duration of the contract or the Controller's legitimate interest.

 

VII. Rights related to the protection of personal data

In particular, the client has the following rights:

  • the right to withdraw their consent at any time;
  • the right to rectify or complete personal data;
  • the right to request restriction of the processing;
  • the right to object to or complain about the processing in certain cases.

 

VIII. Issues relating to cookies

For the operation and improvement of the website, the operator uses so-called cookies. These small files are stored on your device by your browser when you open an internet address and allow better personalization of the website.

What are "cookies"?

These are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit the website, unless you have disabled this function in your browser or use the anonymous mode of your browser to access the website. This allows the website to remember for a certain period of time your actions taken on the website and preferences (e.g. favourites, search filter settings, etc.), so that you do not have to re-enter them. They are also used to create statistics on traffic and user behaviour for the website operator. We do not store any personal data in cookies, so it is not possible to identify the user as a person.

We distinguish cookies on the JURIS REAL, spol. s r.o. website as follows:

  • necessary;
  • preferential;
  • statistical;
  • marketing.

  • to remember the preferences of the website user, to identify the user in case of access to a protected section, to analyse the use of the website, to analyse advertising tools, to connect to social networking tools;
  • to ensure the correct functionality of the protected section for users;

The types of cookies used are session cookies, first-party cookies and third-party cookies. Cookies will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above. You can modify the use of cookies in the privacy settings of your internet browser.

  • the purpose of using cookies;

IX. Issues relating to Facebook

The Facebook pages of the JURIS REAL Group and its individual divisions serve not only for advertising purposes, but also for providing information about the social activities of the company and its public education activities. The JURIS REAL Group is in no way legally responsible for the subsequent processing of these data by Facebook itself.

 

X. Information line

In the case of the information line, we only process client data such as: first name, surname, academic degree, email address and telephone number that lead to the execution of the development case. The data of clients who are not interested in our company's services are not processed or recorded at all.

 

XI. Personal data protection

The Controller has adopted and maintains technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmissions, other unauthorized processing or other misuse of personal data. These measures include:

  • anonymization of personal data;
  • access to personal data only by authorized persons of the Controller;
  • the process of regular testing, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures in place to ensure the security of the processing;
  • multi-level firewall;
  • antivirus protection and unauthorized access control.
