THE MATYÁŠ APARTMENT BUILDING in Vrané nad Vltavou is built on an exceptional location, which is closely connected to the Vltava River. Its composition of apartments is intended for both young residents and families with children. The goal of the project is to enable the residents of the house to have direct contact with nature and the immediate surroundings of the river to the greatest extent possible, while maintaining a high level of living comfort and the availability of all related services.

The apartment building is heated by air/water heat pumps located on the roof of the building. This modern solution is advantageous not only because of the independence from the DHW supply, but also significant savings in operating costs. Floor heating is a matter of course in all apartments. Each apartment unit has a balcony or terrace.

There are 45 apartment units in the MATYÁŠ apartment building with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk with areas from 29.03 m2 to 68.87 m2.
