The village of Nučice is a beautiful village located in the Central Bohemia region, right next to the town of Rudná near Prague. The location is well known for excellent accessibility, either by car (three minutes from the exit from the Prague ring road) or by train. The nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk away.

The land is located in the village of Nučice near Prokopská village in the historic heart of the village. The main intention was to design individual terraced buildings in such a way that they sensitively fit into the surrounding village development. Therefore, the classic shape of the buildings with a gable roof, white plaster and local materials were chosen. Historically, the property has housed several buildings built from local stone, which will be used as much as possible in the new construction.

Around you will find everything you need - groceries, restaurants, post office 300 m, kindergarten 300 m, elementary school 5 min by car, equestrian center Arcos 4 min by car, Albatros golf course 5 min by car. The location is made more pleasant by the nearby green areas of the Radotín Valley.
